消协曝光汽车商家四大猫腻-搜狐新闻  本报讯(记者 王薇)距离3月15日还有一个月,根据市工商局和市消协发布的投诉信息,今年1月,由购车引发的纠纷增长了三成。工商部门支招,购车时要留心看清购车中的猫腻。   日前,消费者韩先生向12315热线反映,他在一家公司购买了一辆轿车,合同上注明了“赠送装饰贴膜、真皮座椅和自行车一辆”,但从提车日算起直到他投诉时,商家都未提供贴膜,也没有赠送自行车。作为消费者他持有购车合同,要求商家履行承诺,可对方却一拖再拖。忍无可忍的韩先生只好向工商部门投诉,后经工商部门调解,商家才按照合同承诺为消费者提供贴膜和赠送服务。   北京青年报记者从工商部门了解到,1月“12315”、“96315”两条热线共接到有关“购买汽车引发的消费纠纷120件,较上月投诉(92件)增长30.43%。   消费者的投诉主要集中在4个方面,具体包括,第一,消费者购车时仅凭商家的广告宣传和口头介绍,当即支付定金或预付款确定购车意向,事后发现消费不理性或了解的车辆情况与实际不符要求退款;第二,交纳定金后,商家逾期提供或以无车为由拒绝提供汽车;第三,商家不守信,拒绝履行购车合同约定,例如:消费者提车时,商家要求消费者加价或不履行事先约定的赠送车载导航、加油卡、免费提供贴膜、车内装璜等承诺;第四,购车时强制购买保险。   如何在购车时避免这些可能会产生的纠纷呢?工商部门提醒消费者,在购车前要仔细了解车辆配置情况与售后服务承诺,不能轻信销售人员的口头介绍与承诺;务必将车辆价格、型号、交车时间、优惠承诺、违约责任等重要信息在合同中明确清楚;提车时要仔细检查车辆,察看外观是否受损,内饰装潢等配置是否与承诺相符,核对购车发票、车辆合格证、购车合同等凭证是否交付于消费者手中。如果购车时发现经营者隐瞒实情、不承担违约责任等问题,注意保存证据并及时进行维权。   另据北青报记者了解,今年1月份,市工商局和消协共登记消费者投诉信息17649件,其中,登记商品类投诉1665件,家用电子电器投诉居首位,达613件、日用百货593件、家用机械172件。登记服务类投诉12318件,销售服务居首位,达到11304件、互联网服务200件、居民服务165件。相关的主题文章:
