Home Biz Lifestyle 50 Day Video Marketing Challenge (day 29)-hypersnap-dx

Business Home Business Lifestyle | Online Business There is something wonderful and surreal about being able to leisurely arrive at my daughter’s lacrosse game early and enjoy it with her. To ride with my wife together and experience this part of life together is a privilege that I will never take for granted. We have been blessed with a great lifestyle. But, I wasn’t born with the proverbial golden spoon in my mouth, and I am not the most talented guy in the world (watch a few of my videos for proof!). As a matter of fact, my life has been riddled with mistakes, failures, and most recently, difficult circumstances that are beyond my control. In short, my life hasn’t looked much different that most in America…or even in the world for that matter! So, when I share a video like this one taken at my daughter’s lacrosse game, I don’t do it to brag or boast. A lot of parents with traditional jobs or careers were at the game, so that part really isn’t overly impressive. I work hard, and typically put in a full 8-10 hour day. That is just who I am and how I am wired. So, the home business myth that you don’t have to put in full-time hours to make a living is really just that – a myth. So that really isn’t impressive either. However, there are some lifestyle differences between holding a job verses being a home business entrepreneur that are worth pointing out. 1.I have always made it a point to never miss any of my children’s events if it is within the realm of possibility – no matter what job or career I have held throughout my life. But now I design my business around my life. Did I mention that I arrived at the game in a leisurely fashion? I stopped working when I decided to stop. 2.While I do still put in “normal” hours on a daily basis, I decide when to work and when to play. Today, I stopped to go downstairs and have a quick chat with my wife about a family issue. Basically, I am available to my family when they need me. 3.My commute used to be a 20-25 minute one-way drive through traffic on the good days, but a 1-½ hour one-way drive on the normal days. Now I grab breakfast and coffee, and climb those treacherous stairs to my home office. 4.Being able to work wherever you happen to be at the time is one of my favorite things about this lifestyle. I can take a trip anywhere and enjoy the sites and activities, but I can always plug in my laptop and work just as effectively from anywhere. I call this geographical freedom – and I love it the most. 5.My business is set so it runs whether I show up or not. It’s automated. I can make money 24/7, 365 days a year, and my “storefront” is located so the entire world can visit. 6.Finally, and in this case last but not least, I am the boss. I answer to myself. No one is looking over my shoulder. No one is setting quotas, or unrealistic expectations. No one has their hand in my personal life by running my career, or schedule. I could probably go on, but I won’t. I want you to notice that money never entered this conversation. I made good money in a career too. But, the benefits that attracted me to this industry are priceless. No amount of money could replace the lifestyle and relationships I enjoy in the lifestyle of a home business entrepreneur. Thanks for checking it today. I would love to work with you if you have the desire and drive to succeed in your relationships.
